I HAVE A TV BOX THAT KEEPS RESTARTING THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS I RING UP GENERAL SPEEL THEN IT WORKS OVERNIGHT THEN RING VIRGIN THEY SAY TRY THIS WE TRY THAT IM FED UP RINGING THEM I JUST WANT A NEW BOX.

 

ANY IDEAS IVE BEEN PUT THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICES TWICE AND THEY HAVE CUT ME OFF BEFORE SPEAKING TO THEM.

A rebooting box is most likely a faulty box, but it may depend how often yours is restarting.
