BBC3 not showing on channel guide

I'm trying to set up future recordings for BBC3 shows as from 1st Feb, but can't find BBC3 on the TV channel guide. 

What number will it be? When will it show on the guide?

It will be on 107 and will be added either Monday or Tuesday.

If you are in England & Northern Ireland. BBC4 remains on 107 in Scotland or Wales, where you will need to select 157 for BBC3.

So in England BBC3 will be on 107. Where will BBC4 be? That's on 107 at the moment.
