BBC1HD Not available

I have had no BBC1 HD all day.  Other channels appear to be there.  Seems to have happened to others before but no definitive answers

Is it just the sound on BBC1 HD or is it the full channel?

If it's the sound then VM are aware and it's been fixed in most places.

Same for me here in London (area 21). No sound or picture. BBC One SD broadcasting normally. No other channels are affected as far as I can tell.

Same here in Area 20 (Southampton). No BBC1 HD but all other channels look to be ok.

I suggest looking at Check service status at the top of the page.

If nothing is showing  you could also try the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

If nothing is showing in either of the above then we can flag this to mods as VM won't be aware yet.

According to the service status, there is a known problem with sound on BBC ONE HD. I currently have neither sound nor picture on this channel. London, area 21.
