BBC I player app not loading

My BBC iPlayer app won't load.

All other apps are working and I can get BBC iPlayer on other devices.

How can this be fixed please?

 😞 I really don't like this TV360 user interface compared to previous V6 and long standing TiVo, find it flaky and annoying.

Hi @moof 

The next time that happens when you are trying to view any BBC channel, press the back button on the 360 remote when the error message appears, then press pause and play. The channel should then play correctly without that message popping up again.
