BBC I player app not loading

My BBC iPlayer app won't load.

All other apps are working and I can get BBC iPlayer on other devices.

How can this be fixed please?

I get a message saying that it's security certificate expired yesterday, with an option to proceed anyway, which doesnt work.

And the annoying thing is, the app not accessible pop up appears while watching bbc and can't get rid of it. Bbc is unwatchable because of it

Press pause and then play.  You'll be a second or two behind live but at least the stupid prompt will disappear.

I just tested this, The iPlayer wouldn't open for me showing error CS2400.

I closed iPlayer down, and then opened and closed the ITVX app.

I then re-opened iPlayer and it started working again.

there was a reported nationwide BBC iPlayer issue Sunday 19th Feb 2023

a BBC spokesperson said: “We’re aware of a technical issue affecting BBC iPlayer viewing" ..mine resolved a short while later.

...what I was more puzzled about was the fact I didn't realise TV360 was using iPlayer to simply view BBC1 (101) or BBC2 (102) where I was seeing the error

 😞 I really don't like this TV360 user interface compared to previous V6 and long standing TiVo, find it flaky and annoying.
