Another Netflix Registration Issue

Hi,

I've tried to add my Netflix subscription to my account (Ultimate Volt) but when I click the link from "Entertainment Services" i get the same error message of "Sorry, something's gone wrong!" and many other users.

Can someone please assist me to get this sorted as I had to suspend my existing Netflix subscription in order to try and add it... the kids are not happy with me!

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with Netflix.
I'd like to take a look into this for you, and get the kids back on your side.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.

I actually managed to re subscribe successfully last night, but not via the website.

I logged into the Netflix app on my STB and it was asking me to restart my subscription but notice the option for amending my payment details. From there I found an option of paying via my Virgimedia account. I selected that and restarted my subscription. Because I had an ultimate subscription, I’m waiting to see on my bill that I am only charged the difference between the standard and ultimate.
