I’m signed up to Amazon prime but can’t get it on my tv through my box. Do I need new equipment?

Hi Lozzatrichards,

Any customer that has either a V6 or 360 box should be able to sign in by clicking on the app on their set top box.

With the 360 click on the app and providing your box is connected to the internet you will be presented with a screen to sign in or create account.

Since you've already signed up for prime the screen will give you the option to either scan a QR code on your mobile device or go to amazon.co.uk on your mobile device or computer. There you should sign into your Amazon account if not already signed in and enter the code shown on your TV screen. This will log you into the Amazon Prime app on your 360 and away you go

Which TV box are you trying to use?

Check here if you're not sure. Amazon Prime is only on the 360 & V6 boxes.
