Good morning,
I turned on the Virgin TV box last night and all my recordings have disappeared.
The box is currently on version 4.39.
Can any tell me why this would happen and how to get them back?

I can appreciate the frustration this may have caused Roy,
It seems that you have been affected by a fault with the box.
May I ask when was the said box installed? Also do you have any other boxes?

I am not sure when the box was installed but it was a while ago.
I do have a second box and they are not on there either.

I'd have to advise that the past recordings would be lost given the factors, for clarification is your second box one of our 360 mini boxes or can you set recordings up on that as well?
Also touching on the original box, have you had issues with any new recordings as of yet?

The second box is the same as the main box and can set up recordings on that one as well.
Since the problem I have recorded a couple of other things and they are still on there.
Do you think it a fault with the box and needs replacing?

It seems there may have been a glitch with your 360 box RoyBurridge,
You advised that you have recorded other shows which have remained saved since your previous recordings disappeared.
At this stage, we may ask you to monitor the situation for to see if the fault occurs again, if it does we will then arrange able to arrange a box swap for you.

Just to add to the above post RoyBurridge,
Can we ask you to download the TVGO app. If you're recordings are on there, they will return.
It may be work giving it a go.
