4music and other channels don't work

All I'm getting is a frozen screen

Various channels including the Channel 4 and Channel 5 groups have been affected by a fault tonight (on all platforms).

As cje85 has advised, channels 4 and 5 were experiencing an issues with the programming at the time of your post. 

I just wanted to check in and see if there has been any improvement?
