Recordings will not play Cs code ??

So you reset box and it wipes all your recording off .

My mum is 88 so I thought it would make it easier for her , NOPE  thought wrong

As soon as I reset the box it was ok.

Will not play recorded programs, The 360 continues to be a piece of crap , we have had more trouble in 2 months TV than the last 20 yrs on other system

So I did what I suppose to do to save all the recording on the V6( 360 crap) and guess what removed all of the recordings AGAIN, 4TH TIME 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Give me the old system back PLEASE 🤬🤬
