Just set up today, mini box working on, but cannot use volume or mute on main box, no option on sound setting to change ?

Hi @Ally167 

Are you sure that you are using the correct remote with each box?

The remote will only pair to one box at a time.

If you need to pair the TV 360 remote with the TV to control volume, source or power then press Home > Settings > Audio & Video > Pair remote with devices > Press OK then  Pair TV and follow the on screen instructions

Hello I have lost the volume I can’t use my virgin remote to change volume or mute or even switch settings.  I got a new control so thought that there was something wrong with my over one. I have paired it and it won’t pair to my tv  also I ain’t got my tv remote as got frown out lol 

Hi there superlilangel, thanks for posting on our help forum with your issue.

Sorry to hear of the issue with your new remote not working in full, for the volume to work you may need to re-pair the controller to your TV box.
How are things from the last time you posted? Have you tried the advice from newapollo's post above?

Could you also tell is if you previously received just a remote to turn your TV box to a 360 service, perhaps? 
Is it a V6 box you have or a new TV 360 one?
