Just upgraded to 360, main box downstairs no problem, but upstairs, TiVo not showing “ready to upgrade to 360” message, so how can I upgrade my upstairs box please.

Is your current upstairs box a V6 or a TiVo ?

As per Adrian, check the pictures on https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box
V6 are software-updated. TiVo are hardware swapped to TV360-mini without a hard drive.

Good news, switched the upstairs V6 box off for an hour, switched back on, and walah, it started downloading the upgrade software, thanks all.
