360 upgrade

hi guys

so i upgraded my package last week, i was epecting to receive a new bo and remote but heard nothing. i currently have a tivo bo but theres no upgrade option on that either

do i need to do anything?

Did you ask to convert to TV360, or were you offered and accepted?

There's no compulsion to do so, and a package change doesn't necessitate a voluntary conversion unless you want it to.

And if you were looking to convert, do you currently have TiVo or V6? TiVo will mean a box-swap, V6 is just a SW download.
