I have a v6 to 360 upgrade planned for the coming week.
Will 2 360 remotes automatically be sent out as I have 2 v6 boxes ?
I have been emailed that a new remote is on the way buy just want check that there will be 2 remotes.

When I switched both of my V6 boxes to 360 the email said "remote(s)" and I received two 360 remotes.

My email states
"Your order has been placed and we’ll send you a new remote with an easy-to-follow guide within 14 working days.
Once you have received the genius new Virgin TV 360 remote, you can upgrade the existing V6 boxes in your home to 360, at the touch of a button"

Thanks for the update, pleased to see you did receive two remotes.
The boxes will automatically update to TV360 around five days after yuo receive the remotes, unless you want to start the process earlier yourself.
When I received mine the instructions to upgrade where on the inside lid of the box the remotes arrived in. I'll post a screenshot of it just in case you need it.
Remember to make a note (or photo's) of all your series links as they will need setting up again from scratch. Plus try to watch all of your recordings before you perform the upgrade as the hard drives get formatted.
You should also find <<< this page >>> page handy when getting used to the 360.
