Tried upgrading to 360 this evening, box 1 shows ma1/15/40 called virgin told me its not a valid error code and to reboot everything 3 times. Still no fix , tech have escalated it with a fix time of 5 days. Came upstairs to other box stuck in booting loop
(Welcome Screen, Start Up Screen, Welcome Screen, Start Up Screen, Deleting Everything, Welcome Screen, Startup Screen, Deleting Everything (Several Times) Then a Box Icon appears with a download arrow (looks like its downloading something) then Welcome Screen)
tried power and + at same time which has had no effect.
Please help

MA codes are usually account-related.

Both boxes replaced, hard drives had issue not allowing upgrade. New boxes set up by engineer and upgraded.
all sorted
