360 upgrade and wifi pods

Recently upgraded our wifi router and TV package, supposed to have 360 but sent a V6 box and V6 remote, no option to update software. New router still doesnt reach whole house so need 3 extra pods, have tried ringing with no success and keep being disconnected in the App chat.

I'm very sorry to hear that there is no option to update the TV box software. Have you been in touch with our team about this?

Sorry that you're having some issues with your broadband connection and range. You can run some WiFi Range checks on our Connect App, which, if needed, will suggest to add a WiFi Pod to your package. Unfortunately, we're unable to send more than one at a time, but this is because one WiFi Pod should be more than enough to extend the WiFi signal throughout your home. If you need to order more, please contact our team directly on 150/ 03454541111 so we can run the needed checks and order a second WiFi Pod for you.
