Once you've requested a conversion, and assuming you currently have a V6, then you should receive the new remote in "a few days".
Shortly after that, the conversion app will appear in your V6 menu and you get - I think - it's 5 days until it's automatically installed.
At that point your box's hard drive is reformatted and the TV360 software is installed.
