I've recently got the 360 package.
My tv is a JVC fire TV. I've unpaired and repaired the remote several times and the Source button doesn't work. I have to use my JVC TV remote to change the output. That remote is quite small and is easily misplaced by the kids.
Is my 360 remote faulty?
Please help.

Hi @Purplebat
When you go into Settings > Audio & Video > Pair remote with devices, did you use the JVC option or the JVC-Fire option?
use the JVC-Fire option, but don't just accept the first JVC-Fire Start key testing option that appears to work.
Try a few more as there may be others after that which may be more fully tuned in (this used to be the same when pairing TIVO/V6 boxes)
There is also the option to enter the device model number, did you try that?
