360 remote not recieved

I renewed my contract last year and was expecting to get the new 360 remote so i could swap but I haven't received anything.  how can i chase this up?  there does't seem to be any option on the website to request the upgrade.

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue with your package. Can I just confirm, does the package show as 360 on your contract in your My Virgin Media account?

Thankyou ash, I called and sorted it out, seems like the original request didn't happen.

Thankyou, the upgrade had a few issues, but not it's set up I'm very happy. Finally getting CEC has made a huge difference.
