360 remote not moving up and down in saved

Hi my 360 remote control has stopped moving up and down whilst in the saved section. When in recorded -see all the red line appears only on the top recording and will not move down to any other recording. This has word ok until yesterday. Thanks

I assume it works on the TV guide so we know the switch is ok.

I had funny problem where my remote was OK on everything else but the TV guide, tried restarting the box and repairing the remote neither worked, had to do a factory reset and that fixed the problem.
