hi we had virgin 360 box fitted last week and watching tv tonight the power supply box sparked went and box went off tried changing fuse to another 3amp and it sparked again blew the electrics can i order a new one and how long does it take if its over 5 days i dont see why i should pay my full bill for tv we cant watch also is there anywhere i could buy one straight away cant see them on amazon or ebay ideally would want to buy from a shop tomorrow if possible
