360 power supply adapter

hi we had virgin 360  box fitted last week and watching  tv tonight the power supply box sparked  went and box went off tried changing  fuse to another 3amp and it sparked again  blew the electrics can i order  a new one and how long does it take if its over 5 days i dont see why i should pay my full bill for tv we cant watch also is there anywhere  i could buy one straight away cant see them on amazon  or ebay ideally  would want to buy from a shop tomorrow  if possible

The quickest way is you call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault or wait here for one of the forum team team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.

Best time to call is at 8am.
