1. All boxes have been hard reset multiple times and still not performing.
2. All Recordings have parts missing
3. Live tv regularly just pauses and freezes
4. Recorded programs get stuck in loops that you cannot get past.
5. Trying to change channels - it freezes and nothing happens
6. Voices are never synced - constantly having to try audio delay
7. When watching recordings - just freezes randomly.
9. Multi room - part way into watching something - playback stops with message that box box is offline even though it is not.
is this expected ?

I am really sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your 360 box.
Those issues don't sound to clever. Did you manage to call the team regarding this?
