Have recently had a 360 box, the passed week or so it has started freezing the picture or just turning off. Last night happened several times and takes an age to reboot and come back on. Very frustrating. I have checked all the cables and things required. Please help

Sounds like the box has a fault to me - possible hard drive related, but at the very least it shouldn't be rebooting like you describe. You're likely to need a tech visit and/or a replacement box.
The quickest way to report this is to call in - 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
Otherwise if you wait around here for a few days, the staff team should response.
