Hi all, first post.
My 360 box has rebooted itself at 09:35 each day for the past five days. There are no loose cables and self-tests seem fine and HDD is 61% full. It doesn't matter which channel (SD, HD, ..) the box is on, it simply restarts. I'm in area 22 and no issues seem to be reported. Broadband and phone services are unaffected.
Ideas welcomed but ideally could the VM support team please investigate... Thanks.

VM often perform network maintenance overnight, and if this has only been happening the last few nights - it's quite possible the reboots are a consequence of that.
Another thing to check is which SW version your 360 is running on (Settings > Info) - there's a couple of rollouts going on that could also have caused one of these reboots.

Hi pflowe,
You've received the latest update to version 4.33 (most of us are still on 4.31)
It might be a good idea to perform a factory reset.
To factory reset go to Settings (the cog at the end of the Home menu) > System > Factory Reset.
It's actually misnamed and only a partial system reset and not a complete factory reset. You are given 2 options
Keep Recordings
Format Disk
Choose Keep Recordings - With the 360 choosing that first option you won't lose your recordings or any links you've set up (but will have to sign into apps such as iPlayer, Prime, Netflix and ITV Hub again)

Hi, and thanks very much. I will give that a go if the box restarts again tomorrow.

Hi. The box rebooted again, same time of day. I have carried out the reset and will see what happens tomorrow!

Which morning was the first of these restarts?

Hi. Today's restart was the 7th or 8th in a row. Application and Build versions are as before.
I'll update here tomorrow as to whether the box restarts. I like the user interface of the 360, but the V6 was better!
Thanks, all

Hi all. The box _did not_ reboot this morning. Thanks and best.

Hi again pflowe,
Thanks for the further update.
It's good to hear it didn't reboot this morning.
Fingers and eyes crossed it stays that way.
Stay safe and take care.
