I had virgin 360 installed yesterday and every 20mins my tv says service suspended connected to wrong network. I’ve tried Ethernet connection and WiFi connection but get the same issue. Resetting hub 4 or tv boxes do not fix the issue. Has anyone else experienced this?

Have you tried using the WPS option?
Home > Settings > Network > Change connection type > WiFi >WPS set up?
