Why is there no HD option on the 360 experience. I used to be able to select HD Channels only, now with 360 I have to scroll through all channels to find HD Channels. Not a great experience 🤦🏻‍♂️ Spoke to Virgin and they just don’t seem to care, monthly bill has double and the overall experience has halved! Well worth the value.

The simplest approach to getting all the HD channels is to create a profile with only the HD channels in its Guide.

If your package includes both the SD & HD versions of a channel, the 360 won't display the SD version but instead show the HD version in its place. So ITV HD is 103, C5-HD is 105.

You're actually being deprived of the SD versions, not the other way around.
