Hi,
I've just switched to a Virgin 360 tv remote on my Samsung Frame tv (2018 model).
The 360 remote is working fine with the Virgin tv, however I can no longer get either my Samsung remote or the 360 remote to access by Disney + Netflix or Amazon tv apps from my normal tv app menu.
My Samsung remote will turn the tv on and off but that's it.
Any help would be most welcome.
