360 HDMI CEC - turn off

Hello sorry but another fairly random question.

I want to turn off HDMI CEC for the 360 box because it turns off my amp if say I switch from the 360 to using the Nvidia shield instead.

I have read up quite a bit but all the discussion refer to a song on the settings... Audio & Video called (On Power).

I have no such option. Just options about aspect ratio, resolution, frame rate, audio delay, Dolby audio

Would someone kindly take a photo of the page with this option so I can compare to mine.

(Edit actually I can see the menu appeared.   But it's only visible if you go into settings using the official remote.

If you use harmony there's no such option to turn off.

When using official remote to go into the same menu the option then appears.

It was defaulted to off but clearly not working while hidden until the first use.  Clearly a bug.

What is also odd is that going into the menu again and it still doesn't appear... So the bug related to which controller you have in your hand at the time m  But at least the option to turn off CEC is working now.
