Just got my bill which included a £25 call out fee. This was for an additional TV box as part of an upgrade.
Tried to cancel the additional TV point but was told the monthly bill would increase by £40per month as it was outside the “deal”
As I had no wiring anywhere else in the house I was advised I needed an engineer to install ( despite being told by salesman that the additional box was wireless !)
At no point was I told there was a call out fee and don’t see why I should pay.
I am not keen to speak to an Indian call centre to explain all this, does anyone know of an easier way to have this fee reviewed / cancelled.
