100:70 Error

Hi,

Finally had our two 360 mini boxes installed but both are showing 100:70 errors on all Sky Sports channels, despite working fine on the main box.

It's been well over 24 hours with this error. Super frustrating as this is just another in a list of issues since signing up less than a month ago.

Never again. Just use Sky everyone.

Hi @sibs21 

Error 100:70 is usually displayed during initial setup when the box has not yet received its entitlement for Live TV and normally resolves within a few minutes.

You haven't said, but I assume you have the rest of your package channels working on the mini boxes, if so then VM haven't added the Sky Sports codes to the mini  boxes.

It needs a VM agent to update their systems with the correct channels for the mini boxes.

You will need 360 mini box serial numbers. TV Faults may be able to do that for you, if not they willneed to pass it to second level support.
