New to Virgin Media, installation was on 7th November 2017 and the phone line has never worked.
Never received a call, no dial tone. I've tried ringing my house phone and it goes straight to voicemail. I have tried the phone at my neighbours and the phone works perfectly fine. I've run the online tests and it keeps getting stuck on 99%.
I need the phone to work; I'm paying for this service and mobile reception around here is awful so a landline is essential. I have rang the helpline but I don't have time to sit on the phone all day. No online chat doesn't work either.
How do I arrange for an engineer to come out and sort the problem?
