phone issues

Hi

I live in the Plymouth area

I have no dialling tone and when I try to log in to the virgin site it says it is down.

I have tried another phone with the same issue.

I have had intermittent engaged tone and once someone else talking on my line though I had not phoned anyone nor had anyone phoned me.

Friends and family either get the automated message service or engaged tone.

I just want my line checked as there says there is no fault in my area.

What can I do?

I am sorry to hear your landline isn't working right now.  I have carried out a line status check and a fault has been detected.  I would like to arrange for an engineer to call round for you so I will send you a private message with all the details.
