no dial tone

i have a problem with my phone, dead line, tells me to check phone, also the checker doesn't go all the way to 100% i have checked all sockets, unplugged phone, tried a different phone and it's still the same...many thanks

i spoke to Terri and she said that she would knock something off my bill for me since i had no phone for over a week, i haven't heard from her since then, my bill is due to be paid today and i need to know how much is coming off of my bill before i pay so could you do a check for me please?
