mostly no dial tone changed phone , loop type fault , checked master socket no damp checked outside connection all good there , when I've got dial tone line test ok overwise it just runs with no result
You need to call Virgin Media on 03454541111 from a mobile or (08001831234 option 4 then option 2 free from a mobile or payphone)
Explain the fault in detail and get them to send an engineer out, it could be a fault at the street cabinet. I recommend calling from a different phone so they can do some line tests.
