no Phone line

How long do I have to wait for virgin to connect my phone line , had fybre connected on 6th November and phoned to be told last week it would be sorted out but still waiting , I have still got line with sky , was told it would be disconnected when virgin is sorted . So paying for two lines . Virgin if your listening I want refund for phone line & if not connected within the end of week will be cancelling as my wife is disabled & needs phone line . Sky phone line is due to be cancelled on 13 th dec !!

You should be able to get a refund of rental until VM can get you a working phone service, & your number won't be ported until the line becomes active. VM won't remove the line from your bill however, as you will then lose all the discount on your Broadband & TV services.

Hopefully all that is needed is a cable re-pull which requires specialist teams, who are always very busy.
