I moved house three weeks ago and asked customer service to keep my virgin landline number, about a month in advance. It was confirmed by the agent. But the number was changed (and the contract was messed up as well). The issue was raised but no progress so far. Contacted customer service a number of times but agents (if I was lucky to reach one) all gave contradictory information. In any case, all promised deadlines have now passed. Complaint was raised but no action from the resolution team either. Any help from this forum would be appreciated.
