My phone is not working - i get a dial tone and ring the number and nothing happens.
I have tried ringing my phone and nothing happens.
I have run the test and it cannot detect a fault and shows 100% OK.
Does anyone know how you get to speak to a virgin representative without trawling through the confusing website that brings you back in circles?
You need to call 03454541111 from your mobile to report a fault. No inclusive minutes or need to use a payphone? Then call free on 08001831234 and select option 4 then option 2 and this will put you through to customer services and faults.
