I submitted a complaint and received confirmation on the 25/11 after no phone line again. 7 days is supposed to be the response time. Anyone had any issues with the complaints department responding?

Yes they finally responded. I was offered compensation from the time reported to fix. Not the whole two months, now I discover my phone numbers changed so not revived any calls for even longer. Terrible service.
