I have been a customer of virgin for over 15 yrs and still fall for their [removed] promises about improved services and better customer contact.
Having recently come home from Hospital I was contacted and assured that their latest deal was the best deal ever and I would never need to worry about poor service again.
Since that day [approx. 3 weeks ago]
The telephone service has failed twice . Restricting me from contacting emergency services.
The tv service has had various issues and totally failed on several occasions
Now the wifi and broadband are only available intermittently
I have tried to contact customer services on several occasions but have either had to wait over 35 mins or more to speak to an advisor or been fobbed off with promises that all problems are being dealt with.
Please rest assured that I will be cancelling my contract at the earliest opportunity ! [if I can get through to someone]
ps I wonder why customer service is so busy nowadays ?
