87 year old with landline and no mobile phone. What happens if internet goes down and he needs to call in an emergency. He says he hasn’t received any correspondence but I have received a text on his behalf as I am down as a contact for him.

So they switched my phone to Fibre, but adapter is short. My hub is in hall and phone in living room. After chat on here they sent engineer so why ate they charging me £25 for this. You wanted to switch me over NOT me?
Caller hears international dial tone and my phone shows withheld but neither are true!
Anyone else experiencing these occasional gremlins? Even if I test landline from my mobile I'm getting international ring tone and handset shows withheld. Was never an issue before VoIP switch!
