Resolved! Landline not working

My landline is not working.  There is no dialing tone so cannot make or receive calls.  I need this to be fixed asap due to elderly and vulnerable people in the household. What do I need to do please?

Phone line not working

Hi my landline is not working - completely dead line. Phone display says check phone line.. When I ring it from my mobile it says ‘you’ve dialled an incorrect number’ Please could somebody look into this?

Landline down AGAIN!

It's barely a month since the last time, and June and January before that.  It was ok yesterday but is dead this morning.  This is very frustrating as I rely on the landline as the mobile signal is so poor here.Please help.  ThanksGraham

fibre phone not working
