Voicemail

How can I extend the number of rings on landline before voicemail takes over. Currently rings 6 times and I need it to ring 9 times or I'll have to get roller skates!

Re: Voicemail

Hi MArtin

Thanks for this information, I can confirm you've answered correctlyMan Happy. Sorry to make you think so hard this early in the morning.

I've requested the number of rings are extended and it can take a maximum of 5 working days to complete, although in my experience it very rarely takes that long.

We'd love to hear how it goes and will be here should you need any assistance moving forward.

Take care

Craig

Re: Voicemail

Hi Mamabear17

Welcome to the Community, to access voicemail on the Virgin landline service just dial 1571 from your handset. You'll hear the complete voicemail menu from there.

I hope this helps
