Virgin Phone

Good afternoon,
I have Virgin Internet and a Virgin landline with your company and 2 Feb 2018 I changed to a cheaper tariff of £38- per month for 12 months.
On my bill dated 18 December 2018 I was charged £22- plus rental £19- and the same again on the bill dated 31 Jan 2019.

Could you please tell me why I have not had 12 months on the cheaper rate.

Hi

Are you sure the prices shown on the bill have a minus next to each price? It will say £19 for line rental but because it’s a bundled discount it may have a - in front. Not many people actually pay £19 line rental because the more services you have with Virgin Media, the cheaper the line rental.

Could you explain a little more about your bill?

Also if you don’t pay by direct debit there is a monthly surcharge for not doing so. So check that out too

Thanks for your post 

This package would have been for 12 months. If taken out in February then we would have charged 1 month plus month in advance on first bill after the change 

Leaving 10 months take you up to December. 

We also had a price increase on the 1st November
