Repayment after phone line not working for 5 days

A few weeks ago we were without a phone line for 5 days after a fault in my area (20). My neighbours had their line back after two days but we had to wait another three days before our phone was working again. On checking this month's bill I expected a refund but none was forthcoming. Could I please have this refund? Our line is constantly going down and it is becoming a worry and a nuisance.

Tried to but left hanging on with music playing for ages, as usual! Gave up.
