Porting in a new home number

Hi,

I want to replace my exisiting VM residential number with another one I have with a thrid party.  The third party have advised me that VM need to request the new number to be ported to them and they will release it.

Who can do this in Virgin and how do I request this service?

Thanks for your post 

We can do this for you 

Just need both numbers to remain active 

Takes around 10 days 

All you need to do is call us 150 free from your landline 

Once its been ported over to us, make sure you contact the old provider to close the account
