Phone Bill

So i got my sim contract not even a month ago yet, there is 15 days until my refresh on my virgin app and the money has already been taken out, why is the money coming out 15days before, i haven’t had it a whole month and your already taking money!

You have posted this in the landline section.

Basically like most providers you pay in advance. 2 weeks seems right. I paid after 15 days too. Although I use a separate bank account for direct debits and forgot to put the money in the account anyway I made a card payment for 2 months worth of service so I’m currently in credit and don’t have to worry about the next direct debit.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our forums page. 

When you join Virgin Mobile, your bill is produced within the first couple of days and the Direct debit is taken about 10 working days later. This is because we charge a month in advance for your services.

Please rest assured, this is completely normal and you can view your bills online here
