We have been without a home phone service for two days (12 and 13 February).

I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your landline.
I've run diagnostics on your line and the network is clear at the moment. Are you able to try another handset in the socket? This is just to make sure the handset isn't causing the fault.
