No landline for over 4 months

Hi,

I have not had a landline for over 4 months and yet Virgin are still charging me a full bill, I've noticed other customers in the community have the same problem. I have raised the issue with them on many occasions but they still have not fixed the landline. Is there anyone that can help? Thanks.

Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry for the problems you've been experiencing with your telephone service recently. 

 

I've taken a look at this from our end and I'd like to arrange for an engineer to come and take a closer look, if you're available?
