For a few days our internet has been very patchy and keeps dropping out. We noticed yesterday that our phone line is not working. I've run a test on our services via 4G and the message says that our equipment is not connected. Everything is turned on and connected. Could anyone offer any advice please?
Quick update: I spoke to a Virgin Media representative earlier who has identified a problem. We now have to wait until Wednesday evening for an engineer to visit. By then we will have been without a phone line for 5 days. Is this standard practice??
