I'm having the same problem as afew on here, can't ring out, can hear the phone ring but can't answer it, can't ring 150, IM dont answer youback, yet the service status still says there is nothing wrong.

Have you managed to speak to our team regarding this since posting? If not, have you tried another handset, just if anything to rule out this being the issue?
